Mi.Box contains a company life guide for new employees, business cards, and essential office supplies. It reflects MDS Intelligence’s commitment to welcoming new team members and helping them quickly adapt to a new environment.

MDS Intelligence runs a monthly “Half Day” program where team members spend time together without their team leader, fostering team building.

Every July, all MDS Intelligence employees participate in a business strategy workshop. During the workshop, employees share company strategies, set goals, and engage in special activities and sports to foster team spirit and organizational vitality.
